Apparently all we had to say was "Jennifer Chiaverini" and the audience went crazy for her. And for good reason, her talk last night at the Hotel Indigo in Riverhead was wonderful. You could just feel the love in the air for the author and her fictional (?) characters. There was thunderous applause at the mere mention of Sylvia, one of the most beloved characters in her novels. We love reading them, we love Jennifer. Thanks so much for coming to visit. Now get back to Wisconsin and your two little boys (real - not characters!)
